What
others are saying...
“Rick Allen was recommended to me by the late Bill France Jr. of NASCAR.
We were talking about great voices, and he said he’d heard Rick calling
sprint cars on a quarter mile track in Nebraska, and thought his voice was
fabulous. I did some checking, and found that Rick Allen was the “Voice
of God” on the public address system at Husker Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Naturally I hired him immediately for the SPEED Channel, and work on the Fox
Network, His voice has a deep rich timbre, he uses it impressively, and denotes
authority and gravitas-along with a sense of humor.”
-David Hill, Chairman Fox Sports
Where it all began...
Rick Allen, Inc. was started in 2003 when Rick began his television career.
Allen now does voice-over work on a national level from his studio located
in North Carolina.

Growing
up in middle America, Grand Island, Nebraska to be exact, has its benefits.
It was small enough to allow Rick to learn hard-working values and large enough
to offer a glimpse of what dreaming big can afford with that hard work. An average
pole vaulter in high school, Rick walked on to the University of Nebraska Track
and Field team at age 18.
Five years later and hundreds of miles around the track, Rick
graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communications and three All-America certificates
in the Decathlon, “I have been blessed with many abilities and
have tried to utilize them to my fullest potential” says Allen.
After college Rick began working for the athletic department in numerous capacities.
Most recognizable was that of Public Address announcer at Memorial Stadium.
That notoriety took his voice from the gridiron to the local dirt track where
FOX Sports and NASCAR found a diamond in the rough.
Now with six years of experience under his belt as a television play-by-play
announcer, Rick has solidified his place in the entertainment industry. With
one of the best voices in the business, Allen uses this talent for commercials,
narrations and other voice-over work on top of his on-camera duties with the
NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on SPEED.
